Nude Noir (trading as Nude Noir), UK-based online retailer of lingerie, nightwear, pyjama sets and hosiery.

By placing an order you accept these Terms, our Shipping Policy and our Returns Policy.
3. Product information & pricing
We aim for accurate product descriptions and imagery; small variations may occur.
Prices displayed are in GBP and, unless explicitly stated otherwise, include VAT, import duties and taxes for deliveries within the UK and Europe.
4. Contract formation
Your order constitutes an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods (you will receive a dispatch confirmation).
5. Payment & security
We use secure, PCI-compliant payment processors (Shopify Payments and approved partners). We do not store full card numbers.
6. Availability & cancellation
We may cancel or refuse orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud.
If we cancel, we’ll refund you in full.
7. Warranties, liability & consumer rights
These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights. Under UK law, faulty goods can be returned for repair/replacement or refund; see gov.uk guidance.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.
8. Intellectual property
All site content is owned or licensed by Nude Noir. Reuse without permission is prohibited.
9. Data protection & privacy
We process personal data to fulfil orders, handle returns and send marketing (with consent).
