Processing & Handling
Orders are processed and dispatched from the UK within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Cost
Standard shipping: £3.99 for orders under £200 (GBP)
Free standard shipping for orders £200 and over to eligible UK & European destinations.
Import Taxes, Duties & Pricing
All product prices on our site include any VAT, import duties and taxes applicable for deliveries to the UK and Europe.
You will not be charged additional import fees or customs duties on delivery.
(We pay any duties/VAT due on import so your checkout price is the final price.)
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the parcel’s expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage.
We’ll investigate with the courier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Customs & Clearance Time
While we cover taxes/duties, customs clearance processes remain subject to each country’s procedures and may cause delivery delays beyond advertised transit times.
Nude Noir is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by strikes, severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruption or other events beyond our reasonable control.
We will communicate known delays and assist where possible.
