Invoices & VAT
An electronic receipt is emailed after purchase. If you need a VAT invoice for a business purchase, email sales@nudennoir.co.uk.
Billing accuracy
You must provide accurate billing information. Orders may be delayed or cancelled for incorrect details or failed verification.
Failed payments
If payment authorisation fails we will contact you; orders are not dispatched until payment is authorised.
Currency & conversion
Orders are processed in GBP. Non-GBP card conversions and any bank fees are charged by your card issuer.
