Do you ship across Europe?

Yes — we ship to the UK and European countries. Delivery times and any local administrative processes vary.

Are import duties added at delivery?

No — all prices include VAT, import duties and taxes for UK & European deliveries. You will not pay extra on receipt.

How long until my order arrives?

Handling 1–2 business days; UK 2–4 business days; Europe 4–6 business days (typical). Customs or local carrier issues may add time.

What if I change my mind?

You have 14 days from receipt to request a return for most items. Hygiene rules apply to intimate items (see Returns policy). European Union

Can I return underwear or swimwear?

Unopened, unused items with hygiene seals intact can be returned. Opened or unsealed intimate items cannot be accepted for change-of-mind returns, though faulty items are always covered. ASOS+1

Do you offer prepaid returns?

We provide prepaid return labels for faulty or incorrectly supplied items. For change-of-mind returns customers are generally responsible for postage (unless we run a free returns promotion).

How long until I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Bank processing times may add a few days.
